Introduction: Charlie Wlodyka serves as the President at TechSite, Inc., where he spearheads efforts to build an effective leadership team, ensuring that the company achieves its strategic goals and sustains long-term success. In this capacity, Charlie shapes the company’s strategic direction, identifies key performance indicators, and works diligently to foster relationships that open doors to new business opportunities. Central to his role is ensuring the business operates within its shared values and principles, cultivating a culture that prioritizes solid business relationships.

Professional Background: With over 17 years in the industry, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University and is a registered Professional Engineer. Although a natural leader, Charlie is an engineer at heart, dedicating his time to critical problem solving for customers. Charlie has always enjoyed the flow an engineer can experience when taking a deep dive into problem solving and applies that same dedication to his role in leadership.

Leadership and Management Style: In his new role, Charlie keeps that same style of thinking, critical problem solving, and applies it in a new way to fostering accountability, reliability, trust and engagement in the whole TechSite Team and their customers. In holding these personal values, Charlie’s leadership philosophy revolves around being approachable and fostering teamwork. He values in-person discussions as a medium for collaboration and problem-solving, it is through these means that drives employee engagement in projects and taking the deep dives necessary to solve our customer’s most critical issues. His approach to challenges? Addressing them head-on, with transparency and the best interest of the client at heart.

Personal Interests and Hobbies:  Outside the realm of TechSite, Charlie enjoys a range of personal pursuits. As a devoted father of three, he relishes the time he has with his kids, cheering for them at soccer matches, basketball games, and gymnastics. Beyond family, he is actively involved in his local community, most notably previously serving as a Grand Knight for Council 10863 at St. Brigid of Kildare in Dublin, OH.

Passionately driven by the idea of mastery, Charlie is constantly fine-tuning his skills in hobbies he enjoys the most, notably in golf, chess, and strength training. He lives by the ethos, “Mastery attracts precisely because mastery eludes.” He believes that while perfection might remain out of reach, there’s room for growth daily. He often muses, “What have you done to get better today?”
