Our obligation is to execute relentless monitoring, operation, and maintenance across four pivotal buildings within the metropolitan area—committing to a 24/7/365 timeline, without conceding any downtime to critical systems.
Contractually bound, TechSite assures the acknowledgment of alarms within 15 minutes and guarantees on-site reinforcement within 60 minutes post any critical alarm. Our focus spans a broad spectrum of critical infrastructure systems, including but not exhaustive of Generators, Medium Voltage Paralleling Switchgear, ATSs, HVAC, UPS, Batteries, BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression.
Our obligation, for more than 7 years now, is to execute relentless monitoring, operation, and maintenance across four pivotal buildings within the metropolitan area.
At TechSite, we have developed and applied a holistic preventative maintenance plan to guarantee the continuous working and proper operation of the crucial infrastructure systems. We have focused on hiring qualified individuals and have rolled out effective training programs to ensure around-the-clock service and responsiveness at all facilities. Nine dedicated full-time employees are assigned to manage the facilities continuously.
Our staff is always on-site and provides ongoing monitoring services to guarantee no interruptions occur in building operations. We are ready to immediately address and resolve any issues that may arise. Over seven years of operation, we have successfully managed these buildings with no downtime to the critical systems in our charge. We have a proven scheduling and response system that allows us to respond to every alarm promptly.
